Meditation Without Domination - Part Two of Two

  1. This is a sensible approach, Shari. And yes, I think many people do equate failure with an inability to completely still the mind. For me, not possible. It is as you say, a return to focus in the body, as with breath, our willingness to embrace 'starting over again and again' as an early feature of our practice, will get us through.
