  1. I highly recommend (and I am using this daily since 2004) to all, esp. those suffering from Cervical and/or Lumbar Spondylosis (Neck and Back Aches). I, however, advise using a pillow between the legs (the thighs, knees, lower legs upto feet) to ease stress on Lumbar and Sacral area of the spine.
